US Cruise Vacation provides cruise booking services, travel information, and related travel services. We act as an intermediary between you and various cruise lines, travel providers, and other service providers. We do not own, operate, or control any of the travel services we help you book.

Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective travel providers. Payment terms vary by provider and may require full payment at the time of booking or a deposit with final payment due before departure. All prices are subject to change until confirmed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by cruise line and booking type. Most bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Cancellation fees may apply. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation.

Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. We are not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate or missing travel documentation.

User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
